- Deputy Chief Engineer (Operation Safety): Degree in Engineering / M. Sc. or equivalent with additional qualification of Diploma in Industrial Safety / Fire Safety.
- Deputy Chief Engineer (ECS / TVS): BE/ B. Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical Engg.
- Deputy Chief Engineer (Signalling): BE/ B. Tech/ Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication / Computer Science Engg.
