Eligibility details

Educational Qualification:

  • A master’s degree with a minimum grade point average of 55 percent in a relevant or related subject from an Indian university or an equivalent degree from a recognised university.
  • For those who obtained their Ph.D. degree prior to September 19, 1991, A relaxation of 5% will be given.
  • The applicant must pass the Karnataka State Level Eligibility Test (KSET).

Age limit

  • Minimum Age: 22 Years
  • Maximum Age: 45 Years
  • There will be a 5-year relaxation for SC/ST/SEBC/women candidates and a 10-year relaxation for disabled candidates.

Selection Process

  • Competitive Exam i.e. KSET.
  • Examination date: 26-Nov-2023.

1. KSET Exam Application:

  • Step 1: Visit the KEA website and search for the KSET Exam application. (Direct application link given below)
  • Step 2: Upload the required documents and fill out the form carefully
  • Step 3: Make sure to check all the details in the application Form.
  • Step 4: Pay the prescribed application fee as per your category.
  • Step 5: Take the hard copy of the Application form for future reference.

2. Candidates who have qualified in the examination must submit the application and other documents attested by the Gazetted Officer.

Exam Application Fee:

  • For General, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B category Candidates – Rs. 1000/-
  • For SC, ST, Category 1 Candidates – Rs. 700/-
